This position is responsible for processing and/or updating incoming Member Quality Services (MQS) Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) related, eligibility/enrollment documents and providing detailed responses to correspondence received from agencies, outside entities and members.
This position is responsible for computing, classifying, recording, and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records.
This position requires a minimum of 90% of work time to be on the phones. Handle incoming calls and correspondence from customers in a call center environment. Provide accurate detailed responses to their inquiries and move issues to a successful resolution based on the benefits outlined in the Plan’s Brochure.
