As a subscriber to AFSPA/FSBP for about the last fifty-four years, I can say that I have always been totally satisfied with the benefits and services I have received over all those years at home and abroad.
The AIP representative had helped me back in 2013 with some questions I had about the program. This year I needed a little more information to finalize my decision for the LTC product. The representative had extensive knowledge on LTC insurance. Thank you for helping me with this process, I was able to submit my application on time, and it is now approved!

I am satisfied with the service FSBP provides, and with their claim handling procedures. I have dealt with other carriers before, and thus far, FSBP is the best that I have worked with. In my opinion FSBP is the best for overseas members.

Job well done! I explained to the HBO that I was overseas and it can be challenging at times trying to get claims sent stateside. I had sent the claim but somehow there was no record of it. I am a happy member of the Foreign Service Benefit Plan health insurance. I like the superior support for medical issues that occur overseas. The personnel on the phone when I have occasion to call in are unfailingly polite and helpful. Finally, the premiums compare quite favorably with other plans and I believe I get better value from FSBP.

I recently required the association’s assistance to resolve a medical claims reimbursement issue. My HBO was extremely helpful, and even though it took some time, I believe the issue probably would have been never resolved. Thank you.
