The Member Portal is your member website and your secure means of communication with us. All you need is the email address you used when you completed your enrollment form.

How to Ensure our Emails Make it to Your Inbox

Increasingly, Internet Service Providers (ISP) are using filtering systems to try and keep spam out of your inboxes. Sometimes, they accidentally filter the email that you want to receive. In many cases, you are not notified (and neither are we).

To ensure that AFSPA emails are not filtered into your “junk” or “bulk” folder, it helps to use a personal email address instead of a work email. Government servers occasionally block messages from AFSPA.

Aetna secure member website

Aetna’s secure member website is your personalized site to review processed claims, track benefit usage, find nearby doctors or facilities in the Plan's network, and access online wellness programs and educational tools. If you have Medicare, you will need to register using your member ID number; otherwise you can register using your SSN.

Express Scripts Online

Express Scripts is the Plan's Pharmacy Benefit Manager. Express Scripts ensures that you have access to high-quality, cost-effective medications through a network of retail pharmacies and by convenient home delivery. You can view your account, locate a network pharmacy, refill mail prescriptions, and look up drug pricing. The Plan does not have a prescription formulary. Obtain favorable pricing on your medications by using generics where possible.

Members in the U.S. must use Express Scripts network pharmacies to fill their prescriptions. There are specific, money-saving programs for maintenance drugs and specialty drugs. Please see the Brochure for full details.
