What’s the difference between the Aetna Secure Member Website and the AFSPA Member Portal? The Aetna Secure Member Website allows FSBP members 24/7 online access to their Plan benefit details and usage (deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums), check status of claims, view Explanation of Benefits (EOB), request a copy of their FSBP member ID card, and access wellness programs, resources and tools. FSBP enrollees including dependents ages 14 and older may have their own separate login credentials for the Aetna Secure Member Website. The AFSPA Member Portal allows FSBP members 24/7 access to submit and upload medical claims for reimbursement, update member contact information (email, mailing address, contact numbers, etc.) and manage enrollment for AFSPA Ancillary plans (dental, life, disability, etc.) The AFSPA member portal also offers a Single Sign On (SSO) feature designed to simplify your access to other member portals including your Aetna Secure Member Website and Express Scrips Online accounts. Only primary FSBP subscribers can register for an account in the AFSPA Member Portal. Dependents cannot have their separate account. It is recommended that all members register for the AFSPA Member Portal to allow for the fastest processing of claims.
