State of Emergency Issued in California Due to Storm Damage
The Governor of California has declared a state of emergency for Butte, El Dorado, Fresno, Humboldt, Imperial, Inyo, Lake, Mendocino, Merced, Monterey, Napa, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus, Tuolumne and Yuba counties due to storm damage.
FEMA Disaster Declared in Alabama, Mississippi, and Kentucky Due to Severe Storms
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has declared a disaster in Alabama, Mississippi, and Kentucky for the following counties due to AL, MS, and KY severe storms: Alabama: Jefferson, Lauderdale, and Madison counties; Mississippi: Monroe, Oktibbeha, Panola, Pontotoc, and Yazoo counties; Kentucky: McCracken county.
