FBSP is pursuing reaccreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC). This Notice of Health Plan Survey makes you aware that AAAHC will conduct FSBP’s comprehensive onsite Reaccreditation Survey from August 17-19, 2022. The purpose of the Notice is to provide an opportunity for health plan members, staff, and network providers to present information about the Plan’s provision of health care services and/or its compliance with AAAHC standards to AAAHC staff or the survey team.

FSBP participates in a comprehensive, on-site survey by AAAHC surveyors every three years. Pursuing accreditation shows FSBP’s commitment to providing quality care and quality business practices.
