The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 1095-B tax document for members enrolled in the Foreign Service Benefit Plan (FSBP) in 2022 will be available by mid-February. This document can be requested when logging in to your account in the AFSPA Member Portal.
The 1095-B Tax document confirms that you had minimal essential coverage in 2022 while you were enrolled in FSBP. The 1095-B form is not needed to file your tax return, but it should be kept in your 2022 tax file. If you have any questions, please email enrollment@afspa.org.
