Member Experience and Satisfaction Survey

To ensure we are providing the best member experience, FSBP sends an annual member experience and satisfaction survey (by postal mail) to a random selection of members.

We work with a National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) certified vendor to administer the survey, which takes about 20 minutes to complete. The questions ask about your satisfaction with:

  • Getting needed health care
  • Coordination of care
  • Customer service
  • Personal doctor relationships
  • Claims processing
  • Finding benefits and services information

Survey respondents are chosen randomly, making it important for you to complete. When answering the questions, please think about your experience, from a stateside perspective. Select members will receive the survey by mid-February via postal mail.

FSBP uses the results to serve you better and to improve our products/services. We look forward to seeing your responses on our stateside services.
