We recognize that recent events and the outbreak of hostilities in parts of the Middle East may be creating uncertainty, stress, and concern for many of our members and their families serving at U.S. embassies and posts in the region. During challenging times like these, access to timely health and mental health support is especially important.
The Foreign Service Benefit Plan (FSBP) remains committed to ensuring you have access to care and resources wherever you are stationed. Below are telehealth options available to help support your mental and emotional well-being. If you or a member of your family would like to speak with a behavioral health professional, these services are available to provide confidential support.
