We have recently issued new ID cards to active members of the Foreign Service Benefit Plan (FSBP) who live in certain states. The purpose of this measure is to help us obtain deeper discounts with specific hospitals and providers. Last week, we distributed family-level ID cards to 3,698 FSBP enrollees in the states listed below. This will ensure that these members receive deeper discounts when they visit the providers. If they visit other network providers, they will still receive the Aetna Choice POS II discounts. The standard ID card carrier will be included with the ID card.

The states where we have issued the new ID cards are Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Texas, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.
