With over 350,000 in-network providers nationwide, members have access to no waiting periods, optional orthodontic benefits, a prevention rewards program, and more. Cigna Dental DPPO
If you want the freedom to choose any dentist nationwide, in and out of network, the Cigna Dental DPPO plan is the plan for you and/or your family. Most people who look for dental plans worry about their co-insurance, with Cigna DPPO Advantage, your co-insurance will be the same whether you use an in-network or out-of-network provider. Cigna Dental HMO
Do you want to experience having no deductibles and unlimited calendar max in 35 states? If so, enrolling in Cigna Dental HMO would be the most enjoyable and beneficial for you and/or your family. With 93,000 participating providers in 35 U.S. States, there are no deductibles, claim forms, or calendar year maximums to be bothered with. Cigna International
For those living abroad, Cigna International would be the most effective option if worldwide coverage needed. You can choose your own provider or find one through our network of over 1000,000 providers in 160 countries. When receiving care overseas, services are considered in-network. To enroll in Cigna International, submit the PDF enrollment form that has a foreign address (including APO and pouch address).
