Open season has begun and will conclude on Monday, December 8, 2025. The Foreign Service Benefit Plan (FSBP) has been committed to improving our coverage to meet your and your family’s health needs. Now is the time to review and make changes to your Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) coverage. Whether you’re new to the foreign service or reviewing your and your family’s health needs, this is a great time to compare and ensure your plan aligns with the needs of you and your family.
The Foreign Service Benefit Plan is designed with you in mind. We believe in quality care anytime, anywhere. We offer coverage to members in the United States and overseas. Our duty is to give you peace of mind knowing that you’re protected wherever you are.
There are two ways to enroll in FSBP. (1) Use your agency’s preferred method, or (2) contact your agency’s HR office. Please remember your enrollment code and the full name of the health plan, “Foreign Service Benefit Plan.”
