Stepping on the scale doesn’t always have to be dreaded, if you’re at a healthy weight it might even be something you look forward to. January 15-21 is Healthy Weight Week, a time to celebrate diet-free living habits such as healthy eating, physical activity, optimal sleep, and stress reduction, that last a lifetime and prevent weight problems.
