Virtual Yoga

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Destress with AFSPA as we host a Virtual Yoga session, presented by Ashlea Zimmerman. The session will focus on mindfulness and yoga. Hatha yoga is great for stress reduction and is gentle on the body. In this 30 minute session we will complete a Hatha yoga class and incorporate mindfulness and deep breathing into the practice.
